RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The recruitment process for himachal pradesh police constable consists of the following stages:
- Physical test-It is the first stage of the HP Police Constable Selection Process 2024 comprising the Physical Standards Test (PST) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

- Written exam- the written consists of 90 questions of 90 marks and total duration is 2 hours.The subjects which are in this exam are quantitative aptitude, reasoning , general awareness and english language .
- Document verification- Candidates who qualify for the written exam will be called for the document verification phase to ensure whether they possess the essential requirements in terms of age limit, academic qualification, category, and domicile.
- Medical examination-Selected candidates will have to undergo medical examinations to fulfil the medical standards of the board. Candidates must not diagnose any diseases to pass this phase.
SALARY AFTER SELECTION
The monthly pay scale will range from Rs. 20200 – 64000/-. The basic pay will include a variety of perks and allowances as per the guidelines of the state government.
