ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The SSC GD Constable Notification 2025 is released, and candidates are requested to review the eligibility criteria carefully. The eligibility criteria for the SSC GD Constable exam include educational qualifications and age limits. Only those candidates who meet these criteria will be eligible to fill up the application form and sit in the examination.
NATIONALITY
Only indian candidates are eligible to apply for ssc GD constable.
AGE LIMIT
Candidates must be 18 to 23 years old.

The SSC GD 2025 exam features a Computer-Based Examination consisting of an objective-type paper. This paper is worth 160 marks and includes 80 questions. The SSC GD Exam Pattern 2025 is organized into four sections/topics, as detailed below.

SELECTION PROCESS
There are total 4 stages in SSC GD which a candidate need to pass to get selected in this exam and that 4 stages are given below:

SALARY AFTER SELECTION
The starting salary for a General Duty Constable is Rs. 18000 for Pay Level -1 for the post of Sepoy in NCB. The basic pay for all other posts ranges from 21,700 to 69,100.
