SALARY AFTER SELECTION
For the RRC Western Railway (WR) Apprentice Recruitment 2024, selected candidates generally receive a stipend during their training period. The monthly stipend starts around ₹9,100 in the first year, increasing gradually each subsequent year. This stipend may reach approximately ₹25,000 by the final year of the apprenticeship, depending on the specific role and progression of the training.
After the completion of the apprenticeship, if candidates secure full-time employment within Indian Railways, their salary may then follow the regular pay structure, which is within the range of ₹18,000 to ₹56,900, along with various allowances as per government norms
