DRDO Scientist B Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification:

• Engineering posts: First-class B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline.
• Science posts: First-class M.Sc/M.A in relevant subject.
• A valid GATE 2022/2023/2024 score in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
• Final-year students can apply, but must produce the degree by 31 July 2025.
