Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has formally announced the Northern Region’s IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2025. More than 500 trade, technician, and graduate apprentice positions are available in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, and other states as a result of this recruitment campaign. Freshmen, ITI holders, diploma engineers, and graduates have a fantastic opportunity to start their careers with one of India’s Fortune 500 companies.
In accordance with the Apprentices Act, chosen apprentices will receive a monthly stipend in addition to receiving invaluable practical training from IOCL. The period for online applications is September 12, 2025, through October 11, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentices (ITI Trades):
- Fitter / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist → 10th + ITI (2 years)
- Technician Apprentices:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Electronics / EEE → 3 years with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Graduate Apprentices:
- Full-time Graduation (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, etc.) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher/Skill Certificate Holder):
- 12th pass (not a graduate) / 12th with Skill Certificate
Age Limit (as on 30.09.2025)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST → 5 years
- OBC-NCL → 3 years
- PwBD → 10 years
Stipend & Benefits
- Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973.
- For Technician & Graduate Apprentices → stipend is shared between BOAT & IOCL via Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.
- Training duration: 12 months.

Selection Process
- Purely Merit-Based: Selection is on the basis of marks in ITI/Diploma/Graduation.
- Tie-Breaker: Higher age → Higher marks in 10th → Preference.
