Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Senior Administrative Officer: (i) Master’s in any discipline with minimum of 55% from recognized University.
- Personal Assistant: (i) Graduate unrecognized University with 5 years total experience in the line out of which 3 years as Jr. Stenographer. OR Matriculation or equivalent with eligibility for college course with 7 years total experience out of which at least 4 years in the post of Jr. Stenographer.
- Assistant Section Officer (ASO): (i)bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Stenographer Grade-II: (i)12th pass or equivalent from recognized university. (ii) Skill Test Norms: Dictation-I0 minutes @80w.p.m. Transcription 65 minutes (English) 75 minutes (Hindi) on Manual Typewriter
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: (i) Passed 10+2 or its equivalent and having minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th or its equivalent exam.
Age Limit
- Senior Administrative Officer: Not exceeding 45 years for Direct Recruitment
- Personal Assistant: Below 35 years
- Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Not exceeding 35 years for Direct Recruitment
- Stenographer Grade-II: Age limit between 18-27 years
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Not exceeding 35 years for Direct Recruitment
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Not exceeding 35 years for Direct Recruitment

Selection Process
- Written Test and domain skill test will be conducted in English Language only except for the language part.
- Written Test, domain skill test and document verification will be conducted in Chandigarh only.
- For the post of Stenographer Gr-II and Personal Assistant, domain skill test will be conducted in Hindi / English languages. Candidate can opt either Hindi or English language.
