Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): First Class B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. OR First-Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record.
- Technical Assistant (ECE, ME, EE, CE, CSE, Math’s, Phy, Chem): Essential:(i) A First Class (or equivalent) B.E./B.Tech./MCA degree in a related subject from a recognized university/institute, or (ii) A First-Class Diploma in Engineering in a related field with a good academic record, or (iii) A First-Class bachelor’s degree in science, or a master’s degree in science with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized university/institute.
- Superintendent: First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or institute in any discipline Or Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade Knowledge of Computer applications viz., Word processing, Spread Sheet.
- Senior Assistant: Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
- Junior Assistant: Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
- Technician (ECE), (Physics): Senior secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks OR Senior secondary (10+2) from a government recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade.
- Lab. Attendant: Senior secondary (10+2) in science from a recognized board.

Salary
- The salary is decided as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
Pay Level shows the starting basic salary for each job. - Pay Level 6, for jobs like Junior Engineer and Technical Assistant, starts at a basic pay of ₹35,400.
- Pay Level 3, for jobs like Junior Assistant and Technician, starts at a basic pay of ₹21,700.
- Pay Level 1, for jobs like Lab Attendant, starts at a basic pay of ₹18,000
