Eligibility Criteria for CEL Jobs
Educational Qualification
- Diploma Engineer (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical): 3-year Polytechnic Diploma with at least 55% marks.
- Technician (Electronics/Fitter/Electrician): ITI in relevant trade with 55% marks.
- Operator: ITI in Electronics Mechanic with 55% marks.
- Clerk (F&A): Graduate in Commerce with minimum 55% marks.
- Clerk: Graduate in any stream with minimum 55% marks.
- Driver: 10th pass with 55% marks and valid LMV License.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 40 years (as of 31st August 2025).
- No age limit for internal contractual candidates of CEL.
CEL Salary Structure & Benefits

- Interaction / Skill Test to evaluate knowledge, skills, and suitability.
- For technical posts, a practical test may be conducted.
