| MULTI-TASKING STAFF | 1. MTS- Office Maintenance Matriculation or equivalent pass Job Requirement: 1. Physical Maintenance of records of Section 2. General Cleanliness & Upkeep of the Section 3. Carrying of files & documents to other Sections 4. Photocopying, Sending FAX, etc Delivering the Dak 5. Opening & Closing the Section 6. Any other work assigned by superior officers 2. MTS-Hospitality Services Physical Maintenance of records of Guest House Collection and remittance of Guest House charges General Cleanliness & Maintenance of Rooms Attending to Guest’s complaints, queries and requirements Dusting of furniture etc. Preparation and supply of Tea/Coffee to the Guests If required, incumbent may have to work in shift duties Any other work/job assigned from time to time by the Competent Authority. 3. Proficiency Test in Stenography
The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as
opted by the candidates in the Application form) at the speed of 80 w.p.m for the post
of Junior Stenographer.
