IBPS RRB 2025 Tentative Exam Dates

  • As per the IBPS Calendar 2025, the following are the tentative dates for the IBPS RRB 2025 examinations:
  • Officer Scale I (PO) Preliminary Exam: July 27, August 2 & 3, 2025
  • Officer Scale I (PO) Mains Exam: September 13, 2025
  • Office Assistant (Clerk) Preliminary Exam: August 30, September 6 & 7, 2025
  • Office Assistant (Clerk) Mains Exam: November 9, 2025

IBPS RRB 2025 Expected Eligibility Criteria

Based on previous years’ notifications, the anticipated eligibility criteria are as follows:

For Officer Scale I (PO):

  • Educational Qualification
    To begin with, applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent authority.
  • Age Limit
    In terms of age, candidates should be between 18 and 30 years old as per the cut-off date mentioned in the official notification. Moreover, age relaxations apply as per government norms.
  • Language Proficiency
    Additionally, candidates must have working knowledge of the regional language of the RRB to which they are applying. This may require proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the language.

For Office Assistant (Clerk):

  • Educational Qualification:
    To start with, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university or institution.
  • Age Criteria:
    As per the official guidelines, candidates should be between 18 and 28 years of age. Furthermore, age relaxation may be applicable based on government norms.
  • Language Requirement:
    In addition, candidates must demonstrate fluency in the regional language of the respective participating Regional Rural Bank (RRB).

IBPS RRB 2025 Application Process

Mode of Application:

For the application process, the fee structure is as follows:

  • General/OBC Category: ₹850
  • SC/ST/PwD Categories: ₹175

Along with the application form, candidates must upload the following documents:

  • A scanned passport-size photo and signature
  • Thumb impression (as per specifications)
  • A handwritten declaration (text as per official notification)

For Officer Scale I (Probationary Officer):
