- Assistant Manager (Management): 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM in Management, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Finance.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA).
- Assistant Manager (HR/Personnel): 2-year full-time MBA/PG in HRM, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or IR.
