Junior stenographer Examination will consist of only one paper with three parts. Selection Process for Junior Secretariat Assistant
The Junior Secretariat Assistant selection process is also divided into three stages:
1.Written Examination
- The exam contains two papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2)

2. Proficiency Test in Computer: ( skill test )

3. Merit List:
- Selection will be final on the basis of Paper 2 marks, whereas Paper 1 & Proficiency Test will be qualifying only in nature.
Selection Process for Junior Stenographer
Those applying for Junior Stenographer will go through a three-tier selection process:
1.Written Examination:
- The test will be OMR-based or Computer-Based Objective Type with English and Hindi questions (except for English Language).
2. Proficiency Test in Stenography (skill test):
- A skill test wherein candidates will be provided with 10 minutes dictation either in English or Hindi at a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.).
3. Merit List :
- Final selection will be made based on candidates’ performance in the written exam. Only candidates who qualify in the stenography test shall be placed in the merit list.
