Applicants eligible as per the requisite criteria will be called for the Computer-Based Test, Group Discussion, Skill Test, Interview, and Medical Examination based on category-wise and post-wise merit list, established by the cut-off marks specified in the HPCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process. The probation period of the shortlisted candidates shall be one year from the Date of Joining. A merit list will be generated at the national level, taking into account the candidates’ marks in the engineering degree and their performance in the Computer-Based Test, Interview, and Medical Examination.
