Educational Qualification
- Metallurgy: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with 60% marks.
- Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with 60% marks.
- Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation with 60% marks.
- Refractory Maintenance: B.E./B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering with 60% marks.
- IT – Network Admin: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with 60% marks + CCNA certification (mandatory).
- Materials Management: B.E./B.Tech + MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management (Law degree preferred).
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- For PSU employees – 2 years in the immediate lower grade.
- Materials Management: Preference for ERP environment experience.
