NTPC Executive Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages to filter out the best condidates. The NTPC Management reserves the right to conduct various screening processes,Which may include:
- Application shortlisting –Based on qualification and experience.
- Written/computer Based Test– If required, NTPC may conduct a test to assess candidates.
- personal Interview– shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final selection- Based on overall performance in the screening process.
Salary Structure 2025
Candidates who are appointed against Executive posts will be given a monthly remuneration as per posts. In addition to remuneration, candidates will also be given HRA, Retention allowance, and medical facility for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents.
